Design
Capabilities first, then the sessions that move them
Choose what the program should change, then sequence the workshops, coaching, surveys and nudges that move it. Templates get a cohort designed in an afternoon.

Start from the outcome
Every component points at a capability
A program begins with the capabilities it should move: delegation, giving feedback, running a meeting that ends on time. Each workshop, coaching session, survey and nudge is tagged with the capabilities it targets, so the closing report can say which parts of the program did the work.
The catalogue of capabilities is shared across the network, so a program designed for one client can be compared with the next.
Sequence, don't schedule
Design the shape, let the dates follow
Lay the program out as weeks and components. Bookings, reminders and invitations are generated from the shape when the cohort starts, and move with it when a date slips.
Components come from a library you build once: your kick-off workshop, your 360 round, your coaching arc. Add one to a program and it brings its description, duration, pricing and default practitioner with it.

Templates
New-manager cohort, 360 journey, coaching engagement
Three templates ship with every workspace, drawn from programs that have run for years. Duplicate one, rename the capabilities, and invite the first participants the same day.
