Terms of Service
Placeholder content for MVP. Final ToS text is authored by Able's legal counsel and pasted in via the manual version-bump process documented in spec/design/legal.md §17. This v2026-06-13-v1 file is the scaffold the Builder ships so the page renders, the version metadata is wired, and the acceptance flow can be exercised end-to-end. Operators MUST replace this placeholder before exposing Able to the public.1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Able platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Able provides organisation-scoped tooling for managing learning, coaching, wellness, mental-health, and adjacent practitioner-led programs. The Service includes a web application, supporting APIs, and integrations with third-party providers (e.g. Cal.com for scheduling, Stripe for payments, AgentMail for email).
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify Able of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You will not (a) reverse-engineer the Service, (b) use the Service to violate applicable law, (c) upload or transmit content that infringes third-party rights, or (d) use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications.
5. Content and data ownership
You retain ownership of the data you and your organisation upload. You grant Able a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely as required to operate the Service.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how Able collects, uses, and protects personal information.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time via the data-export and account-deletion flows in your account settings. Able may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Able disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Able's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
Able may update these Terms from time to time. When the version changes, you will be asked to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.
11. Contact
