Why Paldar exists
A short note from the founder on the problem we kept running into, and what we are building instead.
For six years we ran leadership and coaching programs for organisations through Integral, a consultancy in Perth. The programs worked. The way we ran them did not: a spreadsheet for the cohort, a calendar for the sessions, a survey tool for the 360s, a shared drive for the notes, and an inbox that held it all together.
We built an internal tool to fix that, and it became the thing our clients asked about. Paldar is the rebuild of that tool for every practice like ours: the program is one record, the admin is drafted by a chief of staff you approve, and every learner has a coach between the sessions. The report at the end shows what changed, because the program was designed to measure it from the start.
We are pre-launch. The founding cohort of 20 practices opens in November 2026, and those practices help set the roadmap and the price. If that sounds like you, the waitlist is one email.
